About UBOSS
Making AI accessible to the businesses that power our communities.
Founder Story
UBOSS was founded by Robert, a first-generation Salvadoran-American software engineer raised in Greater Boston. Growing up watching his father work long hours as a mason in the local trades, he developed a deep appreciation for small businesses run by hardworking immigrants and families. As a bilingual senior engineer and father himself, he saw firsthand how these operations were often left behind by big tech—lacking the tools for real insight and growth.
That's why UBOSS bridges the gap with practical, accessible technology. Just as a skilled tradesperson delivers a custom fit for every job, we develop automation for businesses in various ways and provide in-house solutions that make the most sense for each company at the present moment. With tailored developer tools and custom dashboards, we deliver clear insights into day-to-day operations—helping trades businesses grow, scale, and thrive regardless of language or technical background.

Our Mission
To make enterprise-grade AI automation accessible to every small business — regardless of language, technical background, or industry.
The Vision
A future where every trades business in Greater Boston has access to the same AI tools that Fortune 500 companies use — at a price that makes sense, with support in your language.
The Pegasus Story
Our brand is named after Pegasus — the mythological winged horse. Like Pegasus, we believe in the power of combining raw strength with the ability to soar. Our infrastructure runs on a server we affectionately call Pegasus, the workhorse that powers everything we build for our clients.
