Founder Story
UBOSS was founded by a first-generation Salvadorian-American engineer born and raised in Greater Boston. With a senior engineering background and deep roots in the local trades community, he saw firsthand how small businesses — run by hardworking immigrants and families — were being left behind by tech companies that didn't understand their world. UBOSS exists to change that.

The Pegasus Story
Our brand is named after Pegasus — the mythological winged horse. Like Pegasus, we believe in the power of combining raw strength with the ability to soar. Our infrastructure runs on a server we affectionately call Pegasus, the workhorse that powers everything we build for our clients.
